5. SUMMARY AND SUGGESTTIONS

This is truly a great dream for me. I have always wanted to develop my teaching skills, not only to become a better teacher but also to create meaningful learning experiences for my students. Through this internship, I hope to have the opportunity to engage in cultural exchange, understand how education takes place in a different environment, and apply new teaching methods to my own style.

In addition to enhancing my teaching skills, I also want to learn from the strengths of my colleagues and friends. Sharing experiences and ideas will help me gain a deeper understanding of effective teaching methods and ways to motivate students. I believe that everyone has something special to share, and I am eager to listen and learn from them.

Furthermore, I hope to practice and apply the theories I have learned in a real classroom setting. This will not only reinforce my knowledge but also help me develop the ability to respond flexibly to different situations in teaching. I want to experiment with new approaches and evaluate their effectiveness in enhancing student engagement.

Ultimately, I hope that this internship will not only help me improve myself but also strengthen my passion for teaching. I aspire to become a teacher who not only imparts knowledge but also understands and connects with students from various cultural backgrounds, thereby creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment. These experiences will serve as a solid foundation for my future career in education, and I eagerly look forward to the new opportunities this internship will bring.

The internship procedures are very simple, making it easy for me to adapt to this new environment without encountering too many barriers. The teachers here are all very open and friendly; they are always ready to support and guide students in every situation. Their enthusiasm and patience have created a comfortable atmosphere, allowing me to feel more confident in asking questions and sharing my concerns.

From the very first days, I noticed the genuine care that the teachers have for their student interns. They not only provide essential information about the procedures and protocols but also share valuable experiences from their own teaching journeys. This not only helps me better understand the processes but also facilitates my learning and skill development.

Moreover, the support comes not only from the teachers but also from my colleagues and the students. Everyone contributes to a friendly environment that encourages collaboration and the exchange of ideas. This makes me feel like a part of the educational community, where everyone learns and grows together. I am truly grateful for these positive experiences, and I believe they will help me progress further throughout my internship.

Initially, I was very anxious about classroom organization, communication with students, and lesson planning. Everything here is different from Vietnam, from the teaching approach to how to interact with students. I often felt confused when adapting to new processes and technology that I had never used before.

However, I was determined not to let that fear hold me back. I started seeking out resources, participating in training courses, and learning from more experienced colleagues. I also spent time talking to my students, listening to their feedback, and adjusting my teaching methods to suit their needs.

As a result, I gradually developed clearer and more effective lesson plans. I learned how to use online tools to create engaging lessons that encouraged student participation. Over time, my confidence grew, and I achieved very good results in my teaching. My efforts and determination helped me overcome the initial barriers, and now I feel very proud of what I have accomplished.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Saint Louis University Philippines and the SEA Teacher program for providing me with the invaluable opportunity to intern and develop personally. This experience has not only enriched my teaching skills but also broadened my cultural understanding and perspectives. Through engaging with dedicated educators and enthusiastic students, I have gained insights that have shaped my approach to teaching.

The support and guidance I received throughout my internship have been instrumental in building my confidence and competence as an educator. I am especially grateful for the warm welcome and collaborative spirit of the university community, which made my transition smoother. This journey has profoundly impacted my growth, and I am truly thankful for the chance to be a part of such a remarkable program.

Finally, One more time I very thankful to Saint Louis University, Saint Louis University Senior High School, Seameo Organization, Đồng Tháp University gave me this opportunity  and all the teachers with buddy supported to me.
